Dinner at Animator's Palate

Our favorite restaurant on the cruise, not necessarily food-wise, had to have been Animator's Palate. The whole restaurant, down to the servers' uniforms, starts out in black and white. Then, color is slowly added throughout dinner.

Marc ordered the grilled veal chop with mushroom sauce and red bliss potatoes. I ordered the three-cheese lobster macaroni from Triton.

Next up was dessert! Marc ordered the double-fudge cake with vanilla bean ice cream. I ordered the apple crumble. Our server, Marko, heard us saying that no dessert would compare to the Grand Marnier souffle, so what did he do? HE BROUGHT US SOME FROM TRITON!!! Love that guy!

The best dessert EVER! Grand Marnier Souffle

That souffle totally made our night! I'm drooling just thinking about it!
